About Me.
Leah Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Olivet '24 as well as an Associate of Science in Graphic Design from Kellogg Community College '21. Since 2018, she has been strengthening her skills through education, internship, and professional employment in the Midwest.
After graduating from Kellogg Community College, Leah was employed for nearly a year at the Marshall ad-visor&chronicle as the Sales Representative and Graphic Designer, where she regularly supported local Marshall businesses and encouraged them to invest back into their community. As a UOlivet student, Leah participated in a total of six internships and work studies by the time she graduated. These experiences included being the Marketing Intern for the Great Lakes Center for the Arts in Petoskey, Michigan, where she was able to support the advertising and social media of a non-profit performing arts business. In addition to this, Leah was employed by the University of Olivet's Marketing Team as a Graphic Design Intern, as well as by SpartanNash as a Graphic Design Intern for the summer. Leah was a Graphic Designer for The County Journal of Charlotte, Michigan for over two and a half years before transitioning to her current employer post-graduation, Tranter Graphics, in Syracuse, Indiana.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her chunky cat, Holly (less formally referred to as Meatball), autocross race with her family, take photos for her Instagram (@her_random_photography), play tennis, and watch cooking shows on TV.
